NGL Energy Partners LP (“NGL”) and Meritage Midstream Services II, LLC (“Meritage”) announced recently that the companies are forming a joint venture to develop crude oil gathering and water services infrastructure to serve oil and gas producers in Wyoming’s Powder River Basin.
