NJ Transit expands 'quiet commute' program

New Jersey Transit officials are expanding the agency's Quiet Commute program. Executive Director Veronique "Ronnie" Hakim said Tuesday the service will be expanded to off-peak trains that serve the Hoboken Terminal.
