Available in 48 mm² package, 256 Mb FL-L NOR Flash Memory Device combines Quad SPI with 4 KB uniform sector size for optimally storing program code and parametric data. Product leverages 66 MHz DDR mode to deliver real bandwidth of 66 MBps. Supporting extended temperature range of -40 to +125°C, AEC-Q100 automotive qualified device provides 0.30 ms program time per 256 bytes, 50 ms sector erase time, and deep-power-down mode to extend battery life.
