NOVA Chemicals Corporation to Offer $500 Million of Senior Notes

The Company plans to use the net proceeds of the offering to purchase any and all of its outstanding 8.375% senior notes due 2016 that are tendered pursuant to a cash tender offer and consent solicitation also announced today and to pay related transaction fees and expenses.
