Source: Fox 5 San Diego Documents that show Southern California Edison and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries knew about design flaws in steam generators installed at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station as early as 2005 were released Friday by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
