RYAN MOORE/HATTIESBURG AMERICANEmergency crews work the scene of a Canadian National Railway train derailment along U.S. 98, west of New Augusta on Jan. 31. A 50,000-gallon crude-oil spill from a train derailment near Hattiesburg this year is one of several accidents that have transportation of hazardous materials under scrutiny.
