NV Energy: Cause of outage weather related

Just over 3,500 customers are without power in the Reno area, according to NV Energy's website. NV Energy officials say the outage is in Southwest Reno in the Caughlin area and crews have been dispatched to investigate the problem, but they haven't found the cause yet.
