NY ethics commission fines 2 MTA workers

The state ethics commission says it has fined an employee of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority track engineering division for sharing confidential information with a potential vendor and a former employee of the MTA's department of subways maintenance who used state equipment for his private engineering business.
