NYC Buses Getting High-Tech Makeover

The city's Metropolitan Transit Authority is planning to add 2,042 "state-of-the-art" buses with free Wi-Fi and charging ports to its transportation fleet over the next five years, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced Tuesday. The high-tech buses will begin hitting the streets next month in Queens, before reaching Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan over the next two years.
