A Havana-based cultural center has become home to the first free public Wi-Fi spot in Cuba, a major breakthrough in a country where Internet access costs a reported $900 each month. According to PC Mag , the center is run by a well-known local artist named Kcho and is visited by well over a dozen youth every day.
