NYS law change aids craft-beverage producers

Craft beverage producers across New York are expected to be boosted with new state legislation that eases some marketing restrictions. And, at the same time, New York has created a new $3 million fund aimed at better promoting the state's fast-growing craft beverage industry, according to Gov. Andrew Cuomo .
