NZ stocks rise as Mainfreight gains on earnings

New Zealand shares rose, pushing the NZX 50 Index to,the highest in almost two weeks, after Mainfreight posted a 36 percent jump in earnings and the local bourse joined a global rally sparked by upbeat US manufacturing data.
