He's the clever entrepreneur who started the private jet fractional share company NetJets in the 1980s and sold it to Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway in 1998 for $725 million. About four years ago, Santulli assembled a group of former NetJets executives and raised $500 million to buy a fleet of helicopters and lease them out to oil and gas drillers and emergency services providers.
