BusinessGreen: Plans for the biggest Dutch offshore wind farm to date have taken a major step forward after the consortium of developers behind the 600MW scheme signed EUR2.8bn worth of contracts. The so-called Gemini consortium, led by Canada's Northland Power and including Siemens and Van Oord, confirmed that it has now signed all the construction, operations and financing contracts.
