Launched by AASHTO, BATIC Institute: An AASHTO Center for Excellence will serve as education and training component of U.S. Department of Transportation's Build America Transportation Investment Center. Tasks of this new institute will include educating and training state departments of transportation about transportation financing, and live webinar on November 4 will feature public-private partnership that is replacing 558 structurally deficient bridges in Pennsylvania.
