BIO commends Florida Governor Rick Scott for signing House Bill 365, designed to create pathway for substitution of interchangeable biologic medicines. While not including all 5 of BIO’s Principles on Biologic Product Substitution, legislation is significant step in recognizing important role biologic medicines play in future of healthcare and chronic disease management.
