ISO Prize, an award created on the recommendation of Dr. Boris Aleshin, ISO's immediate past-president, is intended to honor an individual outside the ISO community who has made significant contributions to the wider understanding and use of ISO voluntary consensus standards. International Organization for Standardization will present the award and prize of 20,000 Swiss francs to the winner at the 2013 ISO General Assembly in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
