On the Move Systems has signed an important letter of intent with a Florida-based online freight service platform that will allow the company to potentially offer its upcoming "Uber-for-Trucking" shared economy app in several additional key logistical markets. The agreement provides an avenue for OMVS and Shipping and Transports LLC to develop partnerships and joint ventures in pursuit of shared economy and freight brokerage opportunities in ground, air and sea logistics-related services.
