NAM National Public Affairs Steering Committee (NPASC) named 2 new leaders for 2013: Chris Brescia, VP of government affairs at RockTenn, will serve as NPASC chair, while Marc Steven Scarduffa, VP of U.S. government relations at Pfizer Inc., will serve as vice chair. Duties during their 2-year term include leading NPASC in developing public affairs activities to support pro-manufacturing policies with policymakers as well as coordinating advocacy efforts among manufacturers.
