Its no secret Im passionate about the beef business. Ever since I was a little kid, I would pour over the EPD information on our sale bulls and memorize each cow and her progeny. I did this so that if and when a customer had questions about our cattle, I would be ready with answers, something I probably picked that up from my dad. Looking back, Im sure several bull buyers just sort of humored me when I was young as I rattled off information about our seedstock in a know-it-all fashion. BEEF Daily read more
