Wendy's new ceo Karin Hattingh has just been appointed to the role overseeing 250 outlets selling ice-creams and hotdogs in a highly competitive fast food market. A former executive at Woolworths Big W discount department store chain has taken the helm at Wendy's and expects to finalise a strategic review of the business by November as she prepares for a substantial revamp to give the ice-cream and hot dogs chain more of a modern edge.
