New Whole Foods building heads to vote in Miami Beach

The city's planning board will vote Jan. 28 on the developer's proposal for a 55,351-square-foot, four-story building at 1901 Alton Road. The site is owned by Wells Fargo Bank, which has a branch there and would become a tenant in the new building.
