A 20-year-old Berne, New York, woman admitted to strangling her 5-year-old cousin during a court hearing held Tuesday, an Albany County Court official confirms to PEOPLE. Tiffany VanAlstyne pleaded guilty on Tuesday to the second-degree murder of her cousin Kenneth White, the court official says.
