New car sales up in March, flat for Q1

New-car sales in Monroe County continue to keep pace with 2014 sales, the Rochester Automobile Dealers' Association Inc. reported. Area dealers sold 4,408 new vehicles in March, up 46 percent from 3,013 in February and nearly 4 percent from 4,257 a year ago.
