New details on retail center near Ip HQ

After a permit was pulled earlier in the week for a new retail center on Poplar Avenue, more project details have emerged. Located at 6450 Poplar Ave. in one of East Memphis' largest business corridors, Crown Centre LLC an affiliate of Fogelman Investment Co., plans to build a 29,000-square-foot development.
