(Telecompaper) Apple's new iPad Mini 2 with Retina display has gone on sale, eleven days after the company's iPad Air. It's available with Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi plus 4G and a choice of 16, 32, 64 or 128 GB storage, with delivery times estimated at 5-10 working days. Prices start at EUR 389/USD 399 for the 16 GB version, rising to EUR 479/USD 499 for the 32 GB model and EUR 659/USD 699 for the version with 128 GB. The 4G-enabled cellular version of the iPad Mini is available for EUR 509/USD 529 for the 16 GB model, rising to EUR 779/USD 829 for the 128 GB model. The price the original iPad mini has been cut to USD 299 for the 16 GB Wi-Fi model and USD 429 for the 16 GB cellular model at all four of the major US mobile operators. Both models are available with multiple carriers around the world.
