New plant allows ADM to begin sweetener production in China

US agricultural processor Archer Daniels Midland has opened the first phase of its integrated food manufacturing complex in the northern Chinese city of Tianjin. The sweetener-manufacturing portion is now ready to begin production at ADM's first wholly owned food-ingredient production facility in China.
