Nexen to examine viability of BC LNG plant

Nexen Energy, the wholly-owned subsidiary of CNOOC, has signed an agreement with the Government of British Columbia (BC), Canada, to examine the possibility of building a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant and export terminal.
