Nidec sees 4% rise in hard-drive motor shipments in fiscal 2014

Nidec, the world's biggest manufacturer of hard-disk-drive motors, expects shipments of these tiny motors to rise 4% to 420 million units in the year to March 2015, the first increase in three years, President Shigenobu Nagamori told The Nikkei on Friday.
