BBC: Governments forced to rescue the world's banking system are being warned there will be no bailout if there is a crisis in the Earth's climate system. That is the view of the head of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Angel Gurria is expected to rebuke nations failing to curb CO2 emissions in a speech on Wednesday.
