Meerut: Small and medium scale industry leaders in Meerut have received Saturday's Union Budget in a lukewarm manner - they say provisions are mostly pro-big business. Also, the sugar industry, reeling under a crisis and unable to pay dues to sugarcane farmers, is disappointed with the Union Budget.
