No toxins found in Willamette River after algae bloom

The State of Oregon Department of Environmental Quality first tested the water in the Ross Island Lagoon earlier this month, when they confirmed toxic algae was present. According to Brian Boline with DEQ, the latest results show no toxins above the recreational level in the Willamette River.
