Nobina AB: Nobina Europe AB (publ) calls for early redemption of bonds with ISIN SE0005797578

On 3 June 2015, Nobina AB announced its intention to repay Nobina Europe AB's outstanding bonds with ISIN SE0005797578 with proceeds from its initial public offering. Nobina Europe has today given notice of exercise of its option for early redemption of the Bonds in full to all directly registered owners and registered authorised nominees of the Bonds as of July 8, 2015.
