2020-07-31 08:47:00| Telecompaper Headlines

(Telecompaper) Nokia reported second-quarter sales down 11 percent year-on-year to EUR 5.09 billion, hurt by the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and weakness in China. However, the company continued to improve profitability, thanks to its restructuring, and adjusted net earnings rose 20 percent to EUR 0.06 per share. With the impact of the pandemic less than expected in Q2, the group returned to its previous guidance for the full year.
