Nokia scraps COO post, Erlemeier leaves company on 01 January

(Telecompaper) Nokia has announced that it is discontinuing the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and distributing its various functions to other executives. As a result, current COO Joerg Erlemeier has decided to step down from the group leadership team, it said, and leave the company on 01 January 2020.
