(Telecompaper) Nokia has successfully gained control of Alcatel-Lucent and wants to now quickly move forward with integration plans. Follow settlement of the offer on 7 January, Nokia will hold 79.32 percent of the share capital and at least 78.97 percent of the voting rights of Alcatel-Lucent. The numbers assume conversion of the Oceanes (ordinary shares, American depositary shares and convertible bonds) tendered into the offer. French financial markets authority AMF published interim results of the initial offer period of Nokia's public exchange offer for Alcatel-Lucent and declared the offer successful.
