Combining 3 eddy current separators, Rougher/Cleaner/Scavenger System is positioned downstream of ferrous separation and trommel screen to size material. Rougher aggressively maximizes recovery of nonferrous metals, while Scavenger recovers any zorba misplaced by Rougher. Cleaner then removes unwanted material from final zorba product. Downstream of RCS system, sensor sorting equipment may be used to separate stainless and lead.
