Carafello's Auto Sales, LLC, located at 6328 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., has been placed off-limits to all service members in the Hampton Roads area by the Joint Armed Forces Disciplinary Control Board for Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina. Bird-dogging occurs when someone refers a prospective customer to a particular dealership or salesman for a given fee or compensation.
