Norsepower secures funding from EC and Finnish Government to develop new rotor sail

The European Commission (EC) and Finnish Governments funding agency for Innovation, Tekes, have provided 2.6m in funds to Norsepower for the conducting of further research to develop rotor sail solution technology.
