December 2013 findings of North American PCB Statistical Program show sales ended year at -1.9% compared to 2012 and that book-to-bill ratio improved slightly to 0.92 but remains below parity. North American PCB shipments increased 2.2% from December 2012, and sales were up 6.6% over prior month. North American PCB bookings, which fell to -8.0% year over year, reduced yearly order growth to -1.1% below 2012. December bookings grew 17.7% over prior month.
