Notice concerning changes in Executive Officer positions

At a Board of Directors meeting held on May 10, 2017, the following transfers among Tsubakimoto Chains executive officers were tentatively decided upon. The official decisions about these transfers will be made at the companys 108th regular Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, planned for June 29, 2017, and the Board of Directors meeting to be held immediately thereafter.
