Featuring cast refractory nozzle holders, Submergered Entry Nozzle (SEN) and Submerged Entry Shroud (SES) Preheaters are custom built and used to uniformly preheat multiple tundish nozzles prior to being exposed to molten metal. Standard features include high thermal turn down, combustion blower, process controls, and valve train. Other features include control panel with first out fault annunciator, remote control interface capability, and single-piece construction.
