Nutreco Agrees $3.7 Billion Sweetened Takeover Offer

SHV Holdings NV has agreed to sweeten its offer for Nutreco NV by 11% to a 2.99 billion in cash to ward off a potential rival bid by Cargill Inc. which had also approached the Dutch animal-feed maker.
