Supplied 36 x 27 mm Eurostyle package, IQOV-200F runs off 12 V supply and delivers optimized phase noise performance with close-in measurement of -130 dBc @ 100 Hz and noise floor better than -180 dBc across 80–130 MHz range. Frequency stability is ±50 ppb over -20 to +70°C operating range, and sinewave output is 13 dBm min. Consuming 150 mA max at 25°C and 350 mA max during warm up, OCXO is also available with optional pulling.
