Available at any frequency from 80–130 MHz, IQOV-200 Series delivers phase noise performance of -172 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset and -160 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset based on nominal oscillating frequency of 100 MHz. Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator nominally operates from 12 V power supply and consumes 1 W of power at steady state. Drive capability is quoted at +6 dBm into 50 Ω.
