Measuring 9 x 14 mm, Series OX1000 features temperature stability as low as 10 ppb from -40 to +85°C and phase noise down to -150 dBc/Hz at 100 KHz from carrier. Outputs are available in both clipped sine wave and HCMOS technologies. Units achieve accurate frequency stability with SC cut crystal, and meet wander requirements of GR-1244. With power supply voltage of 3.3 Vdc, oscillators feature current consumption of 600 mA during warm-up and 300 mA in steady state.
