Held March 20–24, OFC Conference and Exposition featured 580 exhibiting companies, more than 1,600 presentations, and 13,000 attendees. OFC exhibitors made more than 160 product, service, and partner announcements, including technical advancements in SDN, 200G WDM, 25G Ethernet optics, and surge in demand for new 100G QSFP28 format. Technical paper presentations covered topics such as optical transmitters, Germanium-based photonics, and record-breaking signal transmission capacity.
