ON Semiconductor Corp. reported Thursday it saw a 17 percent revenue increase for the fourth quarter of 2014 and a jump of nearly 14 percent for the entire year due in part to the company's automotive demand. The Phoenix-based semiconductor manufacturer reported net income of $4.9 million, or 1 cent per share, on revenue of $864.2 million for the fourth quarter that ended Dec. 31.This compares with net income of $37.8 million, or 8 cents per share, on revenue of $718 million for the third quarter of 2013.
