Main responsibilities The successful candidate will concentrate hisher activities on the following tasks Develop financial models and analyses to support new proposals, strategic initiatives, and create financial reports Consolidate and analyze the financial proposals modelling the costs and forecasts for Revenues, Overhead, Headcount, Capital Expenditures, Working Capital and Cash Flow based on business requirements Create tradeoffwhat if scenario models to provide valueadded management decision support Monitor profitability and financial risk analyses for business opportunities Provide Monthly and Quarterly business metrics to support the Country leadership team Engage with crossfunctional leaders including Sales, Contract Managers, Business Development, and Finance Participate in Governance meeting to get approval of tenders submission Ideal candidate The ideal candidate should bring the following skills and experience Analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to communicate across the organizations functional team Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial concepts and analysis results to management team Ability to create complex and dynamic financial models in Excel and to manage large and complex data sets Excellent understanding of key financials terms and concepts and ability to articulate them clearly Good knowledge of main accountability rules and procedures Fluent in English If candidates with equally relevant experience are identified, preference will be given to candidates within Categorie Protette Law 6899 or registered in lista di mobilit only applicable in case of Italian candidates.
