OSHA Cites Union Pacific Railroad for Disciplining Whistle-blowers

OSHA is calling out Union Pacific Railroad after the federal agency has received more than 200 whistle blower complaints since 2001. OSHA says U.P. has violated the Federal Railroad Safety Act at its North Platte yard for the third time since 2011.
